I realised through personal experience that one of the most important aspects of our lives is our physical health and well-being.
My goal is to take one major worry off your shoulders. Traditionally, calculating calories is a messy mental game that creates pressure and guilt. I've taken that math out of your head and made it precise and visual. You can see exactly what you're up to.
Weight loss is about clarity, not having, disorganized exercise sessions or random plates of plain broccoli.
The main purpose of this app is to help you visualize your intake and track your weight movement, but ultimately, it is your tool. Use it however you need to stay fit, healthy, and in control.

Everything you need to know to start losing weight
Weight loss is fundamentally about calorie deficit. If you burn more calories than you eat, your body uses stored fat for energy, and you lose weight â regardless of what you eat.
This is called the energy balance principle and is the foundation of all medically-supervised weight loss programmes worldwide.
đ Read the science: Energy Balance â WikipediaIn Profile & Goals, you enter your weight, height, age, gender, and activity level. The app calculates your maintenance calories â the amount you'd eat to stay exactly the same weight.
You then set a calorie deficit (we recommend 500 kcal/day). The app subtracts this from your maintenance to give you a daily calorie goal.
For example, if your maintenance is 2,500 kcal and you set a 500 kcal deficit, your daily goal becomes 2,000 kcal. Stay under this and you'll lose roughly 0.5 kg per week.
Any exercise you do is added on top of your deficit. If your maintenance is 2,000 kcal, you eat 2,000 kcal, but you burn 500 kcal through exercise â your effective deficit for that day is 500 kcal.
If your exercise was walking, use the built-in walking calculator to estimate calories burned. For other activities, you can ask an AI like ChatGPT to estimate the calories for your specific exercise, then enter the number manually.
Don't want to search through the food database? Just type what you ate in plain language â e.g. "two eggs and toast with butter" â and our AI will instantly calculate the calories, protein, carbs, and fat for you.
The Analytics tab shows your daily performance as a bar chart. Green bars mean you stayed within your calorie goal. Red bars mean you went over. This gives you a clear, visual picture of your consistency.
It also shows your average daily intake, your best streaks, and weekly summaries so you can track your progress over time.
Had a bad day and ate more than your goal? Don't worry. The Weekly Catch-up Calculator shows you exactly how much you need to eat for the remaining days of the week to still hit your overall weekly deficit target. It helps you recover from off-days without giving up.
All AI features run through our secure server â no API keys or sensitive data are stored in the app on your device. Your food logs are stored securely in the cloud and are only accessible to you.
