I realised through personal experience that one of the most important aspects of our lives is our physical health and well-being.
My goal is to take one major worry off your shoulders. Traditionally, calculating calories is a messy mental game that creates pressure and guilt. I've taken that math out of your head and made it precise and visual. You can see exactly what you're up to.
Weight loss is about clarity, not having, disorganized exercise sessions or random plates of plain broccoli.
The main purpose of this app is to help you visualize your intake and track your weight movement, but ultimately, it is your tool. Use it however you need to stay fit, healthy, and in control.
